I expected to be sore this morning, but I'm not. It's the furthest I've gone on a bike, and I guess I can do more? I did nod off during a movie yesterday afternoon and crashed at about 10:30, though. I also ate an extra meal yesterday...I was pretty hungry though. I'm going to do it again soon, though!
